We sell alot of Corvettes all thru out the yr. I know most people believe that a Maryland Corvette sales rep would slow down because of the Winter months...I have delivered over 20 new Corvettes this month already and I have many more to go...plus on January 4th I have 7 Sold orders getting built at the plant. No rest for the weary.

^ Mike, your continued success (over many years) at selling Corvettes says volumes about your knowledge
of the product and the way you treat customers. From what I can observe from a distance, all well-deserved !

Happy Holidays to you/yours, and I hope your son is progressing from the accident...

Thanks Gary, Much appreciated. I wish I could tell you he is doing well but that's not the case. He just decided last week that he will take a medical hardship leave from his University. He is hurting physically and emotionally and he needs to take a step back so that he can try and heal.

~My son Tyler was hit by a car and thrown 35 ft up and over it on July 29th at 5pm...and our lives, especially his will never be the same. He is a 20 yr old College guy and he was working 7 days a week/ 3 nights a week in Ocean City, Md. Traveling back to his apartment on a Moped in the bike/bus lane he was hit by a 73 yr old man cutting across 2 lanes to get in a parking lot driving a mid size sedan at 35 mph and never saw my son. Clipped him pretty good as he flew up and over and by the grace of god landed at the foot of an off duty Nurse and she went into instant Triage mode. His left calf muscle was sliced in half and hanging out of his leg. He was a Track star and a baseball player in high school so you can imagine what this has done to him and its more then physical. My wife and I were 4 hrs away when we got the Emergency Room phone call...needless to say as any parent would say, it's the 2nd worst phone call a parent can receive.

Travel safe everyone this Holiday Season!

Mike, I hope you realize that I only asked you about this in the open forum because you had posted about
Tyler's accident in the past...

Not a problem Gary, I am an open book and it actually helps me to talk about it as my wife and I have done the best we can under the circumstances. I appreciate your kind words as always. Someday we will meet up at the Corvette Museum.

Beautiful car and delivery to a well-deserving customer. But the more important thing is as said above by Mach2 and Gary. Much more important. Best of wishes to you and Tyler (and wife and daughter, too).

Thanks everyone. The Corvette sales/business has been great these past many yrs which is a huge help when you have been thru everything that I have these past 18 mos personally. I just keep my head up and my shoulders back and forge forward the best that I can.

I called to check on Steve this afternoon and he made the trip home and was very appreciative of me checking up on him. 860 miles since yesterday morning and several people attempting to race him...which made him laugh.

Default Heard from Steve and Linda...about their tri black 427 Convt

I heard from Steve and Linda today and they are over the moon with this Triple Black 427 Convt. They just can't believe it took 44 yrs for Chevy to make a 427 Convt and that GM will never make another. Needless to say they are so glad they bought this one.
