I have a 2013 427 and the blown fuse is working for me. Sorry, can't answer for 2012 but go to NAPA and get a couple of smart fuses, direct connect across the battery so they blow, then install and see if it works. Should cost you about $3 to experiment.

It DOES work on the 2013...I have one installed on my 427. The shifts are not restricted.

Default please explain to a CAGS newbie!

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack - CAGS defeat is something I would like to do, but am not up to speed yet. (pun intended). Is the fuse you are referring to in lieu of the CAGS wiring harness defeat - or do you still need to get under the car and install the wiring harness defeat? And, when this is done, does the 1-4 shift light go away for good??

Thanks in advance...

So I'm assuming the fuse works on every C6 except the 2013 model.
