Anyone had the mirror housing clips at the rotate point break then round clip comes loose and mirror just flops?
Good at the windshield but no way to hold position at the ball / clip area.

Any thoughts...........

Funny you mention that, as while not to me, did happen to another forum member in FL, as I sold him an exrta mirror I happened to have. Seems the sun got to his, baked the swivel ball fingers, and some of them broke off. He used some electrical tape around it for awhile, but keep in mind these auto dim/compass mirrors are about $350 bucks new. Didn't charge anywhere near that for the one I had though. Sorry, but I only had the one spare.
