Default SSP's 2012 Virginia Cruise video

We finally finished the video from our local car club SSP's 2012 Virginia Cruise. We loaded up the cars on the Amtrak in Sanford, FL and then unloaded then at Lorton, VA. Drove through virginia, west virginia, and washington DC. Used 3 DSLR's and 7 gopro's alternating through all the cars for Different angles. We had a GTO, corvette, jeep SRT8, 300C SRT8, maverick, jeep wrangler, trans am GTA, charger RT, and a viper. We are an open car club, meaning we are open to all makes and models and there are no fees, and every year we have a cruise up north and every year its something new. Watch in HD 1080 full screen mode, turn up the volume, sit back, and enjoy

Cool trip! ... somewhat off topic, but I am moving to Jupiter Florida next year and will be taking the Auto Train from Lorton (presently live in Reston Va) to Sanford FL... how was the train experience...pros and cons and any suggestions??

You get the most for your money. Food in the train is 5x better than airplane food and you get breakfast as well. The only down side is that when they load the cars on the train they leave the driver window down. Now going up north that is not a problem, but when going south once the cars where unloaded there was alot of humidity inside the car. Had to turn the heater on full blast for 5-10 minutes.

Also if you are lowered, mention it to the person that will load your car and unload it so they are extra careful with it. Everyone on the train is super nice and friendly. You also have power outlets so you are able to charge up anything.

Thank you very much for the insights...look forward to heading south!
