How many days of good weather do you think I should wait after a snow storm and road salting before I can take out the corvette without risking getting salt haze all over the car? Or do I have to wait until after it rains?

if you're worried about the salt haze as you call it, yes, I'd wait until after it rains. I've been out in (so, probably have you) after salting where it's almost like a ground fog from the salt haze in the air as well as on the road.

I live in upstate NY and we get a real winter here. My Vettes always go in the garage and STAY there until all the sand and salt is washed of the road. (Mid March is usually the earliest, but I have gone into the 2ed week of April) My highway dep. thinks salting & sanding is an Olympic event and is hunting a gold medal.
Those items are nasty and it’s not only the corrosion and sandblasting you have to worry about, that stuff is very slippery and with a high powered car you can get into trouble fast. Skidding under heavy breaking is also a concern.
Also its not you so much as all Vette drivers are super capable pilots but its the other wahoos out there that can cause a lot of problems.

This early in the season, after a couple of good hard rains. They salted around here on Friday a bit & it has rained for 2 days now. I'll be out tomorrow if the forcast is accurate.

Just as long as you stay back a reasonable distance from the salting truck (give time for the salt to work) you'll be far safer than driving in front of one.
If it's your car that worries you, either wash it often or don't drive it.
