Mine is now 8+ years old (one of the first in CA), and is almost at 61k miles.
No major issues.
Precision Red Z51 6-speed with head/cam/intake/exhaust/FAST/etc... 463 RWHP
* Driver's seat air bladder failed
* Freon line rubbed against the radiator & sprung a leak
* Bose (w/NAV) stopped playing CDs sometimes (2nd time this has happened)
Waiting to see whast the C7 looks like, but considering a new Viper or '14 GT-R. Still enjoy driving the C6 though, except in rush-hour traffic...

Wow! looking at it from a person that loves diesels that motor isn't even broken in...coming from an ole'school guy back in the day if it hit 50,000 on the clock you start looking to trade.
From what I've seen these LS motors are built strong and will last well over the other body parts, and electronics bug out.
My 07 now has 100795 miles. Only real problem was the passenger side fuel gauge sending unit needed to be replaced at 80,000 miles. all the rest is just maintenance and service,
The spark plugs were changed once (They looked good and could have gone a lot further)
3 sets of spark plug wires.
3 sets of tires (looks like the 4th set will be going on shortly) Aligned every 8000 -10,000miles. (Cool lifetime alignments at Firestone!!)
1 set of brakes and rotors at 70,000 miles (replaced with Delco ceramics)
Coolant and rear end serviced @ 50 and 100,000
Trans serviced at 100,000
4 cabin air filters at (25,000 miles)
Oil and filter around 7500 give or take a little !!
Thats it !!
Callaway Chris has a '10 GS with north of 135K on the clock....
I won't be in the running with any of mine

I have a 06 C6 A6 F55 3LT NAV with 69K on it now and JUST got the last bugs out of it. Now I wonder how long that is going to last, I'm NOT holding my breath.
PS: I don't want to get into the three (3) differentials, 3 batteries, HB, 2 shifters, crank sensor, 5 seat repairs, transmission cooling hoses, end links, rear wheel bearing, clutch packs, etc. That is why it took so long with dealer' delays, delays, and delays (usually took three (3) trips and lots of "sorry excuses" from dealers, some of their excusses could be put on TV's MAKE ME LAUGH (made up joke show).

139,500 on my 2006 2lt coupe. No problems other than the diff fluid change and roof delam, both under warranty. Car runs and looks like new. Still has the original brake pads which still have at least 50% remaining.....almost all highway miles. All maint. done as per owners manual. The only issue has been the little button that you push to open the fuel cover door does not light up.....the hatch button does light up. Used the DIC to determine oil and oil filter changes. Changed air filters as per manual. Changed cabin air filter when necessary. All other parts on the car are original to the car. I'm surprised that the water pump is still going strong at these miles. Car still has the factory alignment and tracks straight. Got 60,000 miles out of my last set of Firestone RF's. It has been a great car!

Amazing! I love success stories. When your water pump finally goes, you should make a little shrine for it out in the garage.
