Based on the picture you have in your post I assume that you do not have NPP. If you do that plate won't fit. Otherwise if you get underneath your exhaust tips and look up you will see two bolts that attach the exhaust to the frame. You need to loosen those bolts and slide the plate in between the frame and exhaust hangar. Do not take the bolts out as the exhaust will come down on you. Didn't your plate come with instructions?

No disrespect but....ditch the plate and install an exhaust system with tips large enough to fill the gap!

Plate goes way up underneath rear facia above the muffler hangers. You will see 2 bolts to loosen. Do not take them out. Wedge plate up under the bolts. It will look like no freaking way but it will go. Took me 2 hours. Tip : push mufflers away with your forearms as you fit it up and in. Slot on one side will fit in then push other end up under bolt and tighten.

Here is one for you. I purchased this from Mid America Motor Works about 5 years ago for about $200.

Like others have said, look for two bolts up by the muffler brackets and back them out just enough to slip the plate behind them, then tighten them up.

It took only a few minutes for mine...

I just took a couple pics. I had a hard time getting a good pic in the cold garage but hopefully you get the idea. It hangs just behind the mufflers.

My guess is still that the plate you have will not fit considering that you have NPP.

I agree 100%. I have a Magnaflow system with 4" quad outlets. Look far better and more like a factory installed vs. an add on plate which looks like an add on plate that does not belong there. My .02, each to his own.
