That's v close to the 67 Goodwood Green. Best selling color for 67 and 68 from 10 color choices. 68 was changed to British Green (as in British Racing Green) but same color code.
Had a SWC painted in GG with the BB hood white stinger
Oranges didn't debut till 69 and did very well through 77. 05/06 had a beautiful Orange (DSOM) that looks great on any year Vette.
That GT3 Green on Porsche looks proper in Italy on Ferrari, Lambo & yes, Porsche etc. Saw three fly by and all 3 were wild. Italians are not conservative on colors.

Car colors often follow interior design trends. In 1981 it was common to see rust/brown color on sofas, carpet, and refrigerators. That said, this Corvette is absolutely ghastly and someone would have to point a gun at me before I'd add it to my car collection.

The hideous pace cars. The designers must take a hit of acid before deciding colors for those cars.

That Cascade Green on the late model C1 looks great...one of my favorite colors. Of course, I like greens....Mossport Green is also one of my favorites. My least favorite color I think had to come on the early C4s....like a dull metallic beige....very blah looking, especially if not clean and in good shape. But, for every person that likes a particular color, someone else hates it. Variety makes the world spin around.

Take solace in the fact that Code 59 Beige was the run-a-way best seller by 82. A whopping 6759. 2nd fav that year came in at a distance 2975. So why change it cause a 2 or 3 on here don't care for it.
But if U change it out I'd look at black, which was #2 in 80. Those are beautiful as opposed to nice.
