Default Can a Z06 FOB be used with a C6?

Can a 2007 Z06 FOB be used with a C6? They look totally different. My remotes have either a #1 or #2 on the backs so each fob can have driver settings associated with each fob. The Z06 Fob doesn't have any identifying number.

All Corvette fobs from 2005 to the present are interchangeable. Instructions to program:

My thought exactly...I would have said that all 'C6' fobs are interchangeable, but in this case, I thought it might be misinterpreted

As others mentioned, they are electrically interchangable.

We had a 2006 with the old style fob, traded for a 2009 with the new style.

The new style fob is a major step backwards-
Bigger
Heavier
Case seems easier to damage when changing battery.
If you lock your fob in the car, you've also locked in your key.
Hard to remove key from fob.
Objects in your pocket are much more likely to press the fob buttons, like the panic alarm.
