Great tires!! Got mine last Friday!! If I had known how much better my car would ride/handle/feel,etc I would have gotten them 5 years ago & sold my GY's when I got back from Bowling Green with the car!!
I have C7 deposit, if GM doesnt' have Michelins thats what I will do this time!!
I put a set on mine last month and love them! Handling is very good and I can really tell the difference in the rain and cold temps. I highly recommend them.
The Good Years lasted 14,000 and were bald, put on the Mich and when I traded it last Saturday they had 16,000 miles and looked
brand new, the new 2013 has the Good Years on it and figure they
will be toast between 7,000 and 14,000 miles and will return to
Mich again, Discount Tire gave me great prices on the Mich tires.
We replaced the factory Z51 Supercar tires on our 2009 Coupe with with Michelins: PS2 runflats for summer, A/S+ runflats for winter.
Both Michelins are quieter and slightly softer riding than the Goodyears. Both seem to retain their grip after building up miles, unlike the GYs that seems to harden up after about 5k. The A/S can get up our slightly inclined driveway in 2" of snow. The PS2 isn't as good as the A/S on cold but dry roads, but it's better than the GYs.
The PS2 defintely has more grip in summer, and does very well in rain, probably equal to the A/S or even a bit better.
The AS+ is cheaper- lower purchase price and probably longer life.
Based on our partial experience, I'm guessing our tire life will be about:
GY Supercar: 20k miles
PS2 runflat: 25k miles
A/S+: 30k miles

Smoother, quieter ride, great grip in cool and wet conditions; unless you race or autocross this is an excellent year around tire, including in light snow. These are ultra high performance all-season run-flat high speed tires with three different rubber compounds molded into the tread side-by-side, and three different tread designs to communicate road feel, reduce noise on dry roads, sharpen steering response and dry road handling.

Great for cruising and if you don't push your car above .85g or so. However I thought they were quiet and great in the rain until I put on a set of Super Sports. Even in GS size the SS are a lot quieter and better in the rain compared to the A/S ZP. Pretty good grip down to around 20 degrees also. I haven't pushed mine yet but I pulled about .75g easily when the temp was about 30 degrees on Monday.
We ran the Michelin Z/P A/S tires on out C5 and really thought they were great tires...quieter, longer mileage and better rain and snow traction. We just put a set on the C6 (end of September) and are totally happy with them. I can actually enjoy listeneing to the radio in the Corvette because I can really hear it again.

Two of the guys in our club normally run the PS2 runflats, but have the A/S for winter use like I do.
Both of them have autocrossed at least once on the A/S, both said the car was certainly driveable and controllable, but not competitive. These guys do pretty well on their PS2's.
I'm just a highway driver, but do push the car sometimes. The A/S work well, but simply don't have as much grip as the PS2.
BFG KDW's can be smoked and still last SO long. Jesus, my car is a DD and they have been into 2 winters now. Handling on a stock Z51 is amazing, drift out predictable. They are loud, if not noisy as a formal descriptor. It is not like they are knobbies but another Subie builder(4w, I know) swear by them. Rarely stated fact...they tend to "slap" expansion joints on concrete joints. Hey...nothing is perfect.
