Rita's New Ride is a Special Factory Order of Yellow and Black.30+pics!
Richard may have ordered this Corvette but clearly Rita was taking the drivers seat on delivery day yesterday. Rita came dressed in her Pittsburgh Steeler colors which matches the new Corvette perfectly. This 2013 Velocity Yellow 2LT cpe is cool with Black wheels, Black headlamps, ZR1 Yellow Spoiler and Yellow calipers. Richard is the Ambassador for his Northern VA Corvette Club like I am for the Frederick County Corvette Club so we hit it off when he first called in August to place this special order. Jeff(another Corvette customer) from another Maryland Corvette Club had referred Richard and Rita to me so everything was done over the phone and yesterday was the first time we had met. I guess it's a good thing it arrived this week and not next as Hurricane Sandy is bearing up the East Coast. Richard asked if I could take a few pictures of the Corvettes arrival from Bowling Green...well here you go...just a couple of dozen great shots of inbound truck to drive away!! Enjoy it to the fullest! 301 212 4420 is my direct desk line for anyone that would like to talk Corvette's and place that special order. I am ordering 25 per week over the next 4-5 weeks...so call soon.
Job/sequence number on tire matches the Build sheets I got for Richard and Rita. The pink sheet with the number 18 signifies the day of the month it was completed and rolled off the line...in this case 18 is October 18th 2012.

Wow, a regular bodied Corvette? I didn't think they sold them anymore. Goodonya! It's great to see the ORIGINAL C6 body again!!
BTW, when did they have a NO STEP on the bottom of the Vette?
