convertible c6 price prediction for the end of 2014
Hi everybody,
I'm planning on buying a convertible c6 sometime around October 2014, The prices today start at 21K for the 05 modal, can anyone try and speculate what will be the price range around that time?
thanks a lot!

Dbag.
my 2 cents believes about 23k for something with about 100k miles and 26k for something with about 50k miles
now my figures comprise of my personal experience shopping around for a Drop Top Vette since 2006
I dont base it on nada figures or anything else
And also...I do plan on getting a 08/09 Drop top in 2 years

C7
In October 2014 there will likely be deliveries of 2015 C7 Corvettes and there will likely have been an entire full year of production of 2014 C7 Corvettes.
So you are then two years into a new model Corvette also likely to have excess manufacturing capacity. By that time the C6 should be yesterday's news and priced accordingly. It will still be worth something, but the C6 will be another example of what happens to a used car when the entire model is revamped - the price for the older model takes a hit and drops continuously for decades.
Essentially the only market for the C6 will be younger people who can't afford a new one and some older people who will nit pick whatever new car comes out.
There are people who speculate on used car prices who might have a quantifiable opionion (well considered or not) - they are called leasing companies.

What good is it to speculate about what a particular car's value will be in 2 years????????
It's just a guess and has NO VALUE.
Anyone care to speculate if the Carolina Panthers will win the Super Bowl in 2014?
