Where are LG headers made?
Been looking into putting headers on the gs. I met a borla rep a few months ago who told me borla used to make lg's headers for them. She Said she thought they were now produced overseas. I'm not sure if this is true or not.
But being a vet and not wanting to help fund communissom I would like to purchase headers made here in America.
I know arh , kooks, Are made in USA. And pfadt says there new upcoming headers will be produced here
So where are lg headers made? Is it true they aren't American made?

It's a global economy and everyone is free to vote with their own wallet.....Some companies claim their products are "made in America", but yet many components & material are sourced all over the world. The item just happen to be put together here in USA. Just take a closer look at all the components inside our Corvettes and see the companies that made them for GM.
Personally, I prefer to deal with companies to make quality products, combine with great service and competitve price, regardless if the items are made down the street or half way around the world.

To the best of my knowledge LG Motorsports headers are cut (for LGM) by Borla. The Borla website mentions "....We engineer and manufacture all our exhaust products in the USA of premium grade austenitic stainless steel....." Perhaps contact LGM and ask to be sure.

I wonder where all this sentiment was when we were losing jobs because the American made product was more expensive?
What kind of TV do people watch that only want US made products
or
What washing machine do you use
or
Cooking utensils .........
And the 'I'm a vet and only want to use American products" is old, get real. BTW, turn in your vette, the engine/trans/electronics were either cast or assemble partially or fully in a liberal/socialist/repressive/foreign country, pick one, only the final assembly is in Bowling Green.
And "communissom" is spelled communism.

Personally I think headers are vastly over-priced and over-engineered. I spent $300 on my longtubes/x-pipe off of ebay and they've been doing just fine for 3 years and helping to produce 600rwhp.

B&B Exhaust makes super long tube headers and they are manufactured in Phoenix Arizona. Good people and great products. Note: When you buy from American companies the profits stay right here in America and you are supporting the economy Of 'The United States'.
