Default Interesting Surprise

So today I had the GS up on ramps to put on an insulated tunnel plate and on the bottom of the car on the drivers side floor panel I found this written....

Those of you who took museum delivery might check yours and see if David signed yours too.

That is VERY COOL, kind of like finding the build sheets! Hope the naysayers won't ruin your post!! The first thing I thought if when I saw this was Carrol Shelby, I know it's completely different but that's what went thru my head!

I believe they sign all museum deliveries...

U.M.

I actually shot some clear coat over the area to protect it.

David signed ours as well. I really need to get some clear shot on it for protection and a photo for my scrapbook...maybe this weekend. Very cool that David signs his work

Nice! I wish the guy who wrote mine was more neat as it is difficult to read.

My first thoughts too.

It's the first I've heard of this and is a cool thing.

Now you guys know who to call when a wheel falls off the car or a brake locks up and the steering wheel jerks out of your hand and the car goes crashing into a guardrail......

When I removed the hood insulator on my 06, found HR#1 scratched into the hood. Anyone have any ideas as to what this is?

Cool! Not a handwriting expert, but the signatures all look different. I have several initialed pieces on my non- museum delivery '12. I read here that the plant is letting the workers do that now.
I like it. I feel it shows pride in their work.

Interesting though they didn't sign my 06Z but they did for the 07 vert and 2011 ZR1.
