The first C7 will be sticker or sticker plus if they can get it. I would drive a new GS for a few years and let the dust clear.

Without knowing all the options on each car, it appears to be a fair deal. I would think hard about waiting on the second year run of the C7 if I were you. Of course that's assuming you like the C7 when you see one.
The reason I say this is because you already have a C6. Obviously, it's not a new GS, but it's a C6 Corvette none the less. Personally, I would not consider buying this years model of anything if I knew that a new totally redesigned model is due out the next model year.
C6's are going to become even cheaper when the C7 is unveiled. Dealers will have no choice but to deeply discount them to get them off the lot. If you don't like the C7 or decide to wait a few years into the new series you can always find a GS. It may not be on your local dealers lot, but I'm sure you can find one fairly local.
Good luck with your decision (if you have not already made it).

I traded my black '08 3LT for a silver '13 Grand Sport 3LT - about the same deal your looking at - and now can wait a few years and see what develops with the C7, I would not buy the first year.

You don't need a new Corvette! You never drove the old one! 13500 miles on an '08? what do you do, just polish it?? My '08 has 43500 miles!

I traded an 07 Z51 vert plus $19,000 for a 2013 coupe with a list of $55,000. I think I got taken a little on the trade in, but I did not want the hassle of selling it myself. In a couple of years we'll both want the C7. Go for it.

I traded in my 2008 with 22k miles on it for a convertible 2012 GS with 3k miles on it. The sticker price on the car was 52k. I couldn't pass up on the deal. I say go for it, if you haven't yet.
