Default GM extended warranty

Looking to go this way. My factory warranty has not expired yet. Who has the best deal?

Not interested in third party plans.

Talk to Ken Fitchner at Fitchner Chevrolet in Laurel, MT. He has his own Forum section "Ken's Newsletters", is a Forum sponsor, and offers the best deal around on the GMPP extended warranty.

I went with him, and have the GMPP on my '06, good into 2013!

Default Fichtner Chevrolet GMPP plans

Ken does not do the GMPP's any more for the dealership, I have been doing them for the last 9 years so please contact me at dfichtner@fichtnerchevrolet.com with your VIN and current miles and I will send you a quote.

If you email Ken it may not get answered for a few days so again please send them to me.

No problem it is a family store and I just want customers to be taken care of quickly, Ken has too much on his plate right now.

Just some quick reminders

If you own a 2005 and want to do an extension to your existing GMPP it must be done by 9-30-12 or you will be unable to extend it with a Major Guard plan

If you own a 2009 you must get your GMPP bought before 9-30-12 or you will not be able to get a $0 deductible-if you want one-and pricing will change a lot because your car in GMPP terms is 4 years old and they only give great pricing on 3 models years back.

Please do not wait until 9-28, 9-29 or you may not get taken care of, I am doing about 10-15 plans daily and trying to keep up.

I purchased through Fitchner on two vehicles at a far better price than my local dealer offered.

If you email Dennis your VIN, he can send you a rather long printout of all the choices and prices that are available for your car. Then you can look at all the numbers and decide what is best for you, not for me or for Louie or my cousin's uncle.

Default Gmpp

Jason at Ross Downing Chevy saved me $200 over Fichtner, who would not price match. Give Jason a chance to save you the $$$.

I went to several small dealers in my area and told them I was shopping. Nothing but GMPP. I haggled. One beat all the other prices including ones on this site by a couple hundered bucks. Not to say I could get or do it again. Just a bit of advise.

I have never professed to be the cheapest or least expensive but do you ever see Jason or whomever else is less than me help out anyone on this forum with a GMPP question or problem

Oh I will answer that myself NO, NO, NO

As far as price matching I am told by management what I can sell these plans for and I can not give them away plus absorb a credit card fee which most dealers are less than I am but charge upwards of $100-$150 dealer processing fee to cover the credit card charge and I do not charge any extra over and above what our dealership feels is a fair price.

I would like to thank all of LOYAL customers whom I have had for many, many years and will continue to do business with me.
