Well ive seen many 05's with more miles go for 35-38K, so looks like it definately comes down to who wants it determines the value of the add ons.

Now with the cam and ported heads, would that be considered "Heavily Modified", or "Mild"?

Nobody who has done any research will pay 35-38 for an 05 even with low miles... My old car is for sale on this board for $33k. Its an 08 with 6,000 miles on it with a cam swap and some other goodies and makes around 500rwhp.

If the car appeals to you, that is all that matters. Mods are generally love it or hate it with these cars. Hope you enjoy your new ride!
