I was re-watching the video of Tanner Foust driving the "Fake" Z06 cop car against the speed triple. You'd think they could have at least found a black Z06 to start with instead of repainting a yellow one.

Guess you didnt catch that it was confiscated and turned into a police car ? Maybe the taxpayers didnt wanna pay to have the jams painted? Does it really matter ?

Guess you didn't notice the car on TG is NOT the NC cop car that is the catalyst for the story.
That car is a stand in made by TG just for the show. The NC sheriff's car is an '09 and Tanner Foust appears to be driving an anniversary edition with Z07 pkg. Look at the brake discs & calipers. Look at the 60th Anniversay badges. Look at the seats. Look at the wheels. Look at the light bar. Look at the cheesy POLICE lettering on the sides/back.

Here's the real thing... very stealthy.

When the story starts with a '200 mph motorcycle', you know it's going to be crap . It's top speed is 130 mph, and on a good day. With a liter sportbike (which still doesn't reach 200 mph), it'd have been no contest.

And someone paid to have it shipped from NC to CA.
