Just took delivery of a 427
I just drove home in my new 60th anniversary 427, the car is absolutely beautiful. I purchased it locally at Ingersoll Chevrolet, they were fantastic to work with in every way. I had posted that I was concerned about the darkness of the blue interior but I am no longer, it looks spectacular out in the light! The car was on the showroom floor with 4 miles on it, the only negative is one of the small decals on the front bumper is ruffled so they ordered the new piece, otherwise perfect. I am very glad ot be back in a Corvette!!! Oh and I would post pictures but it say I am not allowed, how do I change that? Thanks...Dan

Congratulations on the new ride. Looking forward to pictures.
It's really a two part process.
First: Post your pictures to Google +, Photobucket, or some other picture sharing site on the web. Note the URL
Second: When ready to insert a picture click on the "insert picture" icon (it's the 6th one from the right on the same line as the W - looks like a post card with a mountain on it). Enter the URL where your picture is located and click "OK". You should see the link pasted into your message. To see what it looks like click on the "Preview Post" button on the bottom right. When ready just post.

Jealous of you guys!
I have been wondering if I can swing a trade on my 2010 grand sport to upgrade to that 427 but none of the great deal maker forum dealers are close to Chicago. My wife is getting ready to pull trigger on 660 hp shelby convertible, the garage is really going to start to shape up, life can be good!
I hope you have good luck with the new 427 and many years of enjoyment out of it.
edit: if you email me the pictures I can post them up for you no problem.

You definitely must post pictures so that we can be properly envious even while we pretend to congratulate you.

Thank you all, it makes the experience even better when fellow owners offer good wishes! I do need help posting the pics, I'm not to computer savvy! And Red89, the deals are amazing! You owning a Vette would probably get 12-14k off on a new 427. The interest rates are 2% or less through most big banks! If you want I can email you some shots, tell me where and thank you!

However, if my health goes any further into the crapper, I'm throwing caution to the wind and buying one.
I think that the new 427 Vert is the best Corvette yet built. Congrats.

That is one sweet ride Dan! I'm down in Norwalk. I don't have a vette anymore, currently have a CTS-V Coupe. We should meet up, would love to see it in person.

Heading to Caffiene and Carburetors in New Canaan Sunday, I'll be there around 9am. If you can swing by with the V, that is an awesome car!!

Congrats. I'm picking up my crystal red 427 on the 21st at the museum. I bought mine from Kerbeck. 15 days and counting.
Special thanks to bearphoto and fdxpilot for supplying me pictures in the interim.
