Default Help me build my 'vette!

Hey guys!

I'm a new 'vette owner, I previously posted that I bought my 'vette after selling my 2012 Camaro.

I loved my Camaro, it got so much attention from everyone and it was great lol. But there was something about the Corvette where once I sat in one and drove it, I had to get it. And so I did lol!

I'm having problems getting creative with my C6, I feel like the color is difficult to work with.. I wish I could have gotten a Black one but I still love my yellow!

Photos are from a recent personal photo shoot I did for my own car. I'll post more if you guys want lol. What do you guys think I should do to make it aggressive? I love the Z06 look but I really can't afford the whole conversion lol. Looking at the Z makes me feel like my car is basic and ugly haha. Front looks very plain.

Mods done:
Tint
Rims
Exhaust

Mods planned:
I'm planning to vinyl the hood/roof/halo/and trunk with Gloss Black
Spoiler
Side skirts
Eagle Eyes rear lights ( Ordered )
Rear Corvette lettering ( Ordered )

Help give me some ideas to make it as aggressive as I can lol and thanks for reading.

Start with just the rear widebody, put some carbon fiber side skirts, carbon front splitter, bigger rear spoiler, lower it,
Mine started as a base, and grew from there.

The front splitter will most likely get wrecked by the streets of San Diego . I want to lower it but the dips here are horrible!

I'm planning on getting a spoiler and side skirts.

Are you able to lower a base through stock bolts?

I lowered mine (F-55) with stock bolts and did exactly what Mcandrew ^^ is talking about. I scrape occasionally, even though Florida is flat!! But the look is awesome!

Black halo and roof would set it off and the rear wide body would look great! Here's mine with the mods mentioned.

A lot of people have gone this route (myself included).

IMO - it makes the base corvette look a lot more aggressive

here are some pictures rear wide body only conversions:

Blue vert is mine, the red car is who I purchased my wheels from.

The guy I bought my wheels from really did his homework with these wheels. I really like how they fit.

However, he had them custom ordered in the Chevy lug pattern and the offsets will only work "correctly" with a base model C6 (normal front-end) with a wide rear conversion.

I don't want to highjack the OPs thread, so send me a PM if you want more info.

Was just gonna say that...if it were mine I would lower it, CF ZR1 skirts, ZR1 front and rear spoiler, rear diffuser, yellow calipers and they also have what's called "yellow carbon fiber", (just google yellow carbon fiber) it's kind of a mix of some lite yellow into the black CF, your hood would look sick like that...ahhhh I can see it now...so purty

Haha, Thanks guys for the ideas. I guess the hardest thing for this car is the front. The front needs to look scary and aggressive. I need to spend corvette money on this project lol. I really like how so of the vendors provide pre painted parts.
