Non-Ethanol Gas
Is there a problem using 90 octane non-ethanol gas in the a C6 engine? Have not seen a higher octane in the Atlanta area. Normally use 93 octane. Would like to run gas without corn.

Marine gas has no ethanol and is usually 89 octane. I get it to run my generator, lawn mower, and power tools. The ethanol crap eats the fuel lines up and makes the tools a major PITA to maintain. I got some today from the local marina for $4.69/gal. You can run 89 octane, no ethanol, but it'll ping if you hammer WOT and the temperature is hot. Grandpa type driving will not give you any issues with the 89 in the tank.
