Lease on the Zedness was up the end of July...
Well, the lease on my '09 Zedness was up at the end of July. 
After several stressful weekends of trying to find a replacement vehicle, yesterday I closed the deal on a replacement vehicle.
I am now the proud owner of a well-broken in, but never abused, 1 owner '09 Z06. Managed to find one with the same color and options as the one I had leased. Same wheels, same engine builder, same everything! And I know the previous owner quite well, so it was pretty much a no-brainer.
I may post pics eventually, but the pic in my sig works quite well (It should, it's the same car.)

I think you might have missed a joke. Seems he decided he loved his car so much he bought out the lease. My wife did the same with a Mitsu 3000gt back in the day because when the lease came up, there was nothing she liked more without going large out of pocket.
