Center Console
I have a 2012 Grand Sport 
I want to remove the center console on my 2005 there was a panel for the Mag Sel switch with screws under it you needed to remove to get the console out. This car is F-55 but there is no plate the switch is mounted in a hole in the console. Anyone know what I need to do different to remove this console and when they stopped installing this plate . Thanks

They stopped installing the separate plate ("tombstone") beginning on the 2008 models. Just remove the same screws as you did on your '05 (including the two inside the console storage area near the power socket) and you'll be fine.
