2012 production numbers
I was wondering if the 2012 vette production numbers are out yet. Where can I find the numbers of models and options that were built? The latest Corvette Black Book only has 2011 build information. Does anyone know how many Centennial Edition ZO6s and ZR1s were built?

Yep. Saw them on another thread but here they are anyway.
11,647. That's the grand total for the production of 2012 Chevrolet Corvettes. That number is down almost 1,000 from the 2011 Corvette production total. And, with the short build period and C7 preperation well on the way, we expect the 2013 production to be even less!
The model breakdown is as follow:
Coupe - 2,820
Convertible - 621
Grand Sport Coupe - 5,056
Grand Sport Convertible - 2,268
Z06 - 478
ZR1 - 404
Surprisingly, Torch Red was the number one selling color for the year with a total production of 2,266. Many expected the Carbon Flash Metallic to be first since it was a special edition and the fact that Black has been the number one color since the C6 hit the market. However, the "Diamond Black" was a close second with 2,201 built. The rest of the color break down is as follows:
Torch Red - 2,266
Carbon Flash - 2,201
Blade Silver - 1,302
Arctic White - 1,230
Crystal Red - 1,117
Cyber Gray - 969
Supersonic Blue - 893
Velocity Yellow - 663
Carlisle Blue - 535
Inferno Orange - 471
With a 4th place finish, this is the highest Arctic White has finished since the inception of the C6 which has seen white as a bottom dweller for many years. With Inferno Orange coming in last this year and just missing being last in 2011 (barely beating out Jetstream Blue which ended months before regular production) the future of this orange could be in doubt.
Based on total production, the rarest car built for this year would be either a Carlisle Blue or a Crystal Red ZR1, both of which had only 11 built!
Of the 10,756 total coupes and convertibles (both base and Grand Sport), 7,586 were equipped with the Automatic Transmission for a whopping 70% penetration rate!
