Yesterday, I was driving home and the "Change Engine Oil" warning came on.

I found this to be odd because I just got my oil changed about a month ago and I have not driven it that much since then. My commute to work is about 10-20 minutes each way.

When I got home I checked the oil levels and the were fine. I also checked under my car to see if I spotted a leak and I saw nothing.

Has anyone had this warning come on and what does it mean?

It means the oil life monitor reached 0% and you should change the oil.

When you had the oil changed a month ago did they reset the oil life monitor to 100%?

If the oil on the dip stick looks clean the shop probably did not reset the oil monitor.

It means nobody reset the oil change setting on the DIC. It's easy to do yourself - go to the oil life setting and hit "reset"
