Female Car Names
#24
This thread got me thinking....I've had several cars in my life that inspired "female" monikers. The Corvette, however, just seems too burly and beastly for a female name. One step on the gas makes you realize this car has zero femine qualities.
Attila or Spike maybe????

It's funny you started this thread because since we've got our new '12 Silver GS, we can not think of a name.
Our last vett was an 06 Monterey Red and her name was Ruby which fit her perfectly. I drive a Silver Honda Accord and her name is Silvia (I always name our cars), so...Silvia would have been perfect but can't have two, so, so far we have called her Sophia.
I like the idea of Evette!! Very clever!

All my vehicles have had the very same name at one time or another when they wouldn't start or being some other sort of pain in the ***. - I affectionately always named them, "You Sorry Bitch!" -

My wife named her HHR SS (vic red) "Ruby" and she named my 07 C6 "Scarlett". I named my super late model stock car "Lemmy" and my 87 IROC "Betsy". I can't even remember why I called the IROC Betsy but the stock car was named Lemmy as they both kick AZZZZZ!
