Pics of the new 4-2-7
Picked up last Friday from Kerbeck. The twilight and slight overexposure make the car look more like Torch Red than its actual Crystal Red.
Obviously, it's a 2013 427 convertible with two-tone interior, chrome ZR1 wheels, heritage package, and with 1SB.
I would have preferred one of the 427 vert style wheels if they were a better color match. I did not want black wheels, did not like the grey painted w/machined face with this exterior color, so that left me with this as the only option. I don't know why Chevy didn't offer a 427 vert chromed wheel...
In any case, here are my initial pics:
This is my 3rd Vette and my first convertible ever.

Thanks to all for your good wishes! I was happy to get home incident-free after driving through 50 miles of monsoon-type weather. Spent Sunday washing, then clay bar, then waxing, etc. Cleaning and waxing the wheels was a bit time-consuming but really not too bad.

That is a beautiful vert. The wheels look great with that color. Maybe at some time in the future, have the calipers powder coated in the same CRM color. Or leave it as is and enjoy the ride.
