My new GS from Tommy Jr! with pictures
Well I got my new Grand Sport From Tommy Jr at MacMulkin in Nashua yesterday. I drove 22 hours straight from Florida in my 105,000 mile 2005 Monterey Red coupe. It was a good ride but it seemed to take forever as I was really excited about the new car. As this was the second car I have purchased from Tommy I knew that I would be recieveing world class customer service but he went above and beyond this time.
I arrived at the dealership around 3:15 PM and within about 20 minutes we had my new car next to my old one for some final pictures together. I then took the car for a spirted run or two and then over to my friend who lives in Nashua. I hung there for a little while and then hit the road. Almost immediately I got a message that my right rear tire was flat. I took a look and there was a giant spike sticking out of it (I think I picked it up on the highway). So I headed back to the dealership and of course Tommy said he would take care of it but now it was about 5:30 and the service department was closed. Tommy put me in a brand new Cadillac STS so I could go to the family member’s house where I was staying close to Boston. Of course I was really disappointed (even though I was driving the brand new Cadillac) as I had only had the GS for about an hour and half.
So I hit the road again and the plan was that I would come back the following day to pick up the car. While I was driving to Boston Tommy called to say he asked one the service technicians to come back into work so they could replace the tire and get me back the car! So I turned around and went back up to the dealership. When I got there my shinny new Grand Sport was sitting out front with a new rear tire.
Tommy once again went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how easy it is to buy a car from him. It is absolutely painless even from 1,500 miles away in Central Florida. I have never had this experience with any other car that I have bought. Even with the most recent purchase of my wife’s Lexus, it still took two more than two hours to drive out of the dealership after we had agreed on a price for the new car.
Thanks again Tommy!

I have never heard a bad word about Tommy Jr. or MacMulkin.
Congrats! Beautiful ride.
Someday I'm going to drive up there and meet him in person and thank him for my car (I also bought from him).

Congrats, great color! I think the Red looks better on your new one when looking at them side by side.

My favorite C6 Vette color is not made any longer. I love Atomic Orange! The Inferno Orange is a little too red for me.

Congrats. I've considered making that drive from Orlando too. That is unbelievable service. No way the local dealers around here would do anything close to that for a customer.
