I'm lucky my new Calaway gets to share the garage with my 2000 FRC and 1980 Coupe. Makes for a nice collection.

I use my black one for road courses. That's why I bought that one.

You should have seen the smile on Steves face the day he
picked up the car and dropped by my place to give me look.
First thing I said was that I liked the hood a lot better than the
CF one, they have integrated the raised portion into the rest of
the hood, it no longer looks like a bolted on afterthought. It looks
really nice in person, and it doesn't go down the road too bad either. An awesome color combo too.
I think I may have converted this 1/4 miler guy into a twisties addict
though.

You got that right John, the fun on twisties lasts much longer than that 5 second blast, although I really DO miss that brutal acceleration and that "crack" when the chute hits. I will admit there is one thing I do NOT miss, tireshake

I had the privilege of keeping Steve company in his quest for a new Corvette. Steve is a great guy and deserved a Callaway, or whatever else he decided on, and there were long days of weighing options and making decisions!

The Callaway you chose Steve is a great looking car and I might have taken it for myself had you passed! Dynamite color combo and the hood looks even better from inside the car. Thanks for letting me live the dream along with you, and sorry for getting a little carried away when you let me drive it (so much for those easy break-in miles!).

Pete
