That sucks. Could have been worse.

When I saw your pic, OP, I instantly thought, "oh sh*t". I sure hope she isn't hurt bad.

Sounds like a tough storm. I heard lots of homes damaged.

I'm very sorry for you and your fellow locals that got hit. Hail can be destructive and dangerous.

My wife told me the only time she ever saw her father cry was when his entire tobacco crop, just days from being brought in, was destroyed by hail.

The hail here this afternoon was incredible.

At least there were only a few dents in the hood and a spider webbed windshield. The fiberglass and plastic deflected the hail better than most of the cars in the lot. Lots and lots of dents and busted out windows.

Looks like I was not the only one having a bad day. Here was mine. I was also located right at DFW.

Man....once it is dry and there is enough light, you need to look at it closely. I thought my damage was minor until I noticed all of the cracks everywhere.

Hope you are able to get it fixed....the dealership warned me that this may be a drawn out process with so many cars damaged. At least I got in early and only have to wait until Thursday for the adjuster.

I drove straight to classic Chevy while it was still raining. Figured it was already wet. I was the 1 st one there with damage. I did not get to get a good look at it since it was still wet. Looked ok other then the rear window but guess I will not know till tomarrow. Hope yours turns out ok.

Looks like you got hit hard. Hopefully no human injuries due to the hail.

Be careful of the dent repair scammers and traveling roofing guys that are closing in on your area as I write. Phoenix got hit hard with hail about 18 months ago and the leaches moved in before it melted.

I feel for you, yet happy that it's just replaceable stuff.

Sorry about the damage to your baby. With the amount of destruction in your area it's absolutely unbelievable there were no deaths....

I work at DFW Airport so I got blasted as well....was amazed when I went out after it was over and did not have any damage..cars all around me were worked over pretty bad but my Vette appears to have escaped unscathed...will know for sure in sunlight tomorrow..

Sorry to see your damage (you too Mr. Vette)... I really expected something similar to what you had, but got extremely lucky this time...Good luck on repairs and hope everything goes smoothly...

Look closely....I work off of Freeport and 114, right at the nort end of the runways at DFW....I saw how all the other cars were trashed and thought my came out pretty well....when it dried off, I noticed all the cracks in the paint.

I hope yours faired better than mine did.

Will do...gave it a look over in my garage earlier, but will know more once the sun comes out...

I'm at the south west end of the airport...diagonally opposite to you...was pretty hairy there for a while but sounds like you may have gotten the brunt of it at the north end...

Good luck!
