No just the sides and back 15%.
It's not legal here in MI either but I have all my vehicles like this and the cops don't really mess with you, unless of course your speeding, then you get two tickets.

Tough looking car! My favorite color too! I'd love to do a tint like that but I'd be ticketed 10 feet out of the driveway here...
