Others have done a good job of posting here WRT the limits of the bottom end (cast vs. forged).
Other than that, the weak links are going to be:
clutch and tranny for manual tranny cars
tranny for auto cars
half shafts
and of course, traction / tires

So if you mod your corvette your considered arrogant?
The things people say on this forum sometimes make me laugh. I'm pretty sure if someone is modding it they already took into account their warranty and whether that mattered to them or not. Sometimes some people should just not respond to stuff with the same cliche' remarks.

C6 of Year Finalist (performance mods) 2019
I'd be a little concerned about intake valves, pushrods, and valve springs too.
I'm not the only one who killed a motor and couldn't figure out which of those items failed first. Mine was the result of an over-rev. I didn't have any broken springs, but weak ones are nearly as bad.

Proper selection of cam shaft for LS3 HP gains!
quote: "Arguably, the GM Performance Parts Hot Cam has probably been around longer than all the cams submitted, and by today's standard is relatively small, yet still made 17 lb-ft torque and 40 horsepower! This shows the performance potential even with "smaller" camshafts."

The LS3 is a very well engineered engine, but shade tree mechanics that think they know more than GM engineers can screw-up anything. "When making for HP", you've got to be kidding. You don't think GM engineers were "making for horsepower?". The arrogance of know-nothing purchasers of Corvettes is amazing.
BUT WTF ?
To the OP as mentioned prior the LS3 is a relatively rock solid engine and can handle most reasonably mods well... With that said, as long as you understand anytime you mod you are probably trading some reliability for additional power, and of course your warranty is bye bye.
