Called dispatch, they basically said I was screwed unless I could find the person that owned the vehicle, even though I had the license plate. Went back into the restaurant, they didn't have a paging system, so I waited out by my car for over an hour, but there was somewhere I had to be, so I had to leave.

It will definitely buff out, so I've calmed down about it. And I understand that no one else cares about my crap. It's just frustrating nonetheless.
