Default 2013 Blue ??? (Merged)
A friend at a dealership tells me that he saw a 2013 Paint Chart color list today and one of the new colors for 2013 is called Nite Race Blue. He did not actually see the color itself. I dont know if this is a new Corvette Color or for some other Chevy vehicle. If this is for the Corvette I am sure we will be hearing more from the Forum Dealers pretty darn quick...

Edit as of 2/16. Do yourselves a favor and go to the website www.corvetteconti.com He discusses the new blue name...

Conti hinted in another thread we would "like" the name of the new blue...I suspect "racer" is gonna be in the title.

The new blue is going to be called Midnight Race Blue. It's a color never used by GM before and won't be offered on any other GM products. Black is replacing the Carbon Flash Metallic.

I'm guessing that the Midnight Race Blue is going to be a heavy metallic like the carbon flash only blue. Can't wait to see it.

They had a color I think called midnight blue back in 89 I believe only for one year..if its anything like that I think it will be a hit..
