Did the Dr ColorChip this evening
My GS got the road debris pitting on the front of the rear fenders. I got the front fender shields which made it stop happening, but then I had to deal with the chips. The car is black and the little pits were white.
Saw an ad for this Dr ColorChop deal. I placed an order. They require the vin code so you get the right color.
Well this evening I used it. I am amazed. In may garage with florescent lighting, they have disappeared. I can't wait to get it out in the daylight and see what it looks like.

Well in the daylight, you can see the pits if you know where to look. They are no longer white, and you wouldn't see them unless I pointed them out. I feel two more applications and you will not be able to find them.

Before you do a new section, some before and after pics would be great.

I watched their video (Dr Colorchip) on youtube. It looks rather easy to do. I have a chip on the front of my car that is white but for now have filled it in with a blue Sharpie marker. It's a lot less noticeable now but I'm leaning toward the colorchip route. Let us know what your opinion is when you're done. And don't forget to post some pics...

Its gotten pretty beat up from all the construction they have been doing in NOVA, Its probably going to get a re-spray on the hood/nose next spring since they finished most of it in my area.
