What year and model is the best all around C6?
From what I see, only the newer models have bluetooth. Such as 2010+ or something like that.
Which of these are most reliable and has the most value for what you get for the $?
Base? or GS? or Z06?

Best bang for the buck in order:
'07 Z06
'08 Base Coupe
'06 Base Coupe
*The Z for obvious reasons, and there were some drivetrain upgrades made over the '06 Z.
*The '08 because it's got the LS3 and TR6060. Great package, and the most affordable of the current-spec base coupes.
*The '06 because it's going to be the cheapest Vette that's still a C6, minus the often problematic '05 car. There were a lot of bugs to work out with the '05 year, and many things were changed for the better with the '06.
I'd say it just depends on what you can spend. If 25k is your budget, then grab an '06 base car. If 30k-35k is your budget, grab yourself an '08 LS3/TR6060 car. If you can hit about 40k, you can find yourself an '07 Z if you keep your eyes peeled. Likely going to be yellow or silver for that price though. For the Atomic Orange or LeMans Blue, you'll usually see them more around 43k.
Those, of course, are just my personal preferences and my own take.

How much are you willing to spend for one? Then we will tell you.

The base C6 comes with Bluetooth if it is equipped with either the 2LT, 3LT or 4LT equipment groups.
So I'm guessing 79.207% of 09's have bluetooth.

Sounds to me like your questions might be a bit premature. No one here can tell you what fits your needs without knwing what you want. Maybe you should invest a few hours of research into what's available year by year and model by model, then a bit of thinking about what's important to you based on how you plan to drive it, then some thinking about how much you are willing to spend. That will help narrow the choices considerably and allow more targeted questions. And better answers.

Slickshoes answered the other things I wanted to know. GM always has these little issues, then the next year comes along and they fix the issue and bump up the horsepower 5 or 10 and sweep it under the rug.
Oh.. the only other that perplexes me, is why so many people sell their corvettes with 1k, 2k, 5k or 13k miles? All these used vettes with only a few miles. Seems peculiar to me.

Well none of the cars he mentioned come with Bluetooth.
Not available in Vettes until 2009 model year. Makes my point about research, I think.
Nor has there been any increases in horsepower since 2008.
Regarding mileage, the 2011s with low mileage are probably dealer vehicles. Some Vette owners drive their cars for pleasure on weekends and keep another car for daily use, and some of those will not drive the Vette in winter or in the rain. That's one reason why mileage tends to be much less than on "normal" cars. No different than with other high end sports cars.

There's a lot more to a Corvette than bluetooth and NAV. These are "convenience features," not performance/handling/engineering features one expects with a sportscar, especially of the caliber
of a modern 'Vette.
I think CaryBob's comments are very good advice here...
note: the LS2 engine from 2005--2007 has 400 hp; the LS3 from 2008 to present has either
430 hp (or 436 hp with the NPP exhaust).
