Last weekend I've driven a 2012 CTS-V Coupe; it's an awesome car. At present, I've no plans to give up my vette.

Enjoy your CTS-V Sedan

Come back and let us know what you think of the V. I've been thinking of looking at one myself.

If you had to move away, that was a good move! Congrats and enjoy your new V!

You didn't settle when you traded in the C6 for the CTS-V

Well I drove 50 miles on my new 2012 CTS-V automatic sedan.
Seat of the pants feels faster & more powerful than my 2006 C6 vert. (556HP and 551 Torque)
I don't race around curves so I can't say if the CTS-V can hang with my 2006 C6 vert. The CTS-V is smoother and quieter and more comfortable to drive. But I had no complaints with my C6 vert. I just wanted more comfort in my old age. I have no regrets, except miss this forum.

You don't have to leave the Forum do you? Come and visit sometimes. Sounds like a very niice car. Nothing like power. Nothing at all.

Cadillac owners have a forum too. Since we have a SRX also I go there some for tips. It's no where near as good as this place, but you can find some help if you need it.

Those are nice cars. A gentleman's hot-rod.

But I bet you'll have another vette.
