All my friends keep telling me about my 2012 velocity yellow Corvette GS coupe being a chick magnet. Also they jokingly accuse me of buying it due to mid life craziness. (I bought it because I wanted it and could afford it after years of "sensible" 4 cylinder Honda's).
I have had it 2 months now and NOT ONE chick (or even a cougar)has paid the least bit of attention to it or me.
What am I doing wrong? A really hot chick would look great sitting in the passenger seat.

Why do you want to attract women? I take it you're old enough to have experienced or observed in other men how women totally mess up a guy's life. Now, as you become older and the need to have a woman in your life declines...now is the time to ignore what you enjoy not what some women says you can enjoy.

If your not wearing an hawaian shirt open to show a hairy chest and gold chain, your doing it wrong, that's why. Try that and drive by walmart and see how many hot chicks you pick up.

Corvette No - Lincoln Town Car Yes
When I was much younger I went once a month to a large office filled with women in dead end jobs. Back then the Town car was very popular in Dynasty like TV shows. Always lots of attention with town car - none with Corvette convertible - some of the women thought Corvette was an MG.

Long ago late one night, there was nothing better on the radio than an advice show hosted by two female astrologers. Mostly women were calling in and asking about their love lives, receiving dubious predictions ("what do you see in my near future?" "you'll meet a tall blonde man" "uhh, I only date black guys" "well, switch"), but finally a middle-aged man came on the air, very puzzled. "I don't understand why I haven't met anybody lately. I mean, I'm successful, confident, charming, financially secure, good-looking, and I drive a Corvette." The immediate answer was "are you sure you're good-looking? Cause I've never once seen a good-looking guy get out of a Corvette."

I'm retired and I have found that driving a grocery cart at the store works nearly every time if you want to meet women and when they follow you out and you go to a new Corvette convert it doesn't hurt. I had two women follow me home in a Honda one day and that was actually a little creepy.

IDk man. Granted im young and decent looking. But i generally get some kinda comment from a girl every few weeks. Although i have noticed they are never that good looking lol.
If you want girls like someone stated above
1. Hit a bar chat them up enough to get them outside
2. Walk them to your car.
3. Act like it means nothing to you
Anything other than this makes you look like an ***. Girls only like it when they think you can afford other things as well. Also our current body style is getting old. Most have seen the current Corvette a million times and don't really care much anymore. Plus i hear allot of people think the Vetts' a douche bags car.
