The guy I sold it to has a place near my business and I see him driving it like he stole it on a regular basis

This. Also, I was recently thinking, if I was a cop and saw a Vette with a front license plate, I would think: wow, this guy doesn't want to get pulled over for that. Must be a reason for that.
