Yes, you get to pick your leather and stitching colors. The console lids do have more padding.

DSVettes console lid should be the way they come from the factory. Heres a pic of mine. Really comforts your right arm especially on long trips.
Sorry this is an old pic, not the best but you could kinds see how lifted the console is. That's the nice cushiony padding.
