A recently completed couple weeks in Hawaii got me wondering about how many Corvettes are registered and driven in Hawaii. In about 18 days on the Big Island and Maui I only saw one each in two rental lots, one in the church parking lot on Sunday morning and one on the the Hana road, likely a rental. I did Google up a Corvette club in the Islands that looks pretty active. Anyway, could roads and weather be more perfect, excepting the opportunity to really open the top end? If I moved there, I'd definitely have mine shipped over.

You can add one to the count in 20 years.......It's our (my wife and I) dream to move to Maui. We were married there and plan to retire there. We figure all we need is the Vette and the Motorcycle and we'll be set. Some day...........

There are a couple members here who have posted photos. Seems to me that there are quite a lot of Corvettes on the islands.

Weather is not as "perfect" as you'd think. There's ALWAYS the risk of a passing shower there followed by intense sunshine. Not real good for the paint.
