Now that I've seen pictures of carlisle blue, I must say it is the classiest corvette color I have ever seen. This coming from a torch red owner at the other end of the spectrum. Which leads me to my question...2012 seemed to have an array of colors available and then came 2013...why was there such a limited array of colors? Black, silver, white, two shades of red, yellow, two shades of blue and the grey. All nice, but quite a reduced selection from the year before. Oh well, guess it will make spotting a CB all that more exciting!

Just bought a '12 Carlisle Blue GS Coupe. Took her to the local car show last night for the first time and got tons of compliments. Had a lot of people just walk up to me and ask what the color was because they had "never seen it on a C6 before and because it was beautiful".

It drew more attention and praise than when I take my SSB ZR1 to the same car meet!

it's a shame that there are certain girlie boy's on the forum that think they're hot **** and very opinionated. i think the color is great.

I have had mine at 8-10 car shows and always get lots comments on the color. From both guys and gals. I have had mine for 18 months (10K miles) and have yet to see another Carlise Blue Corvette. At this point I don't know if I will be excited or disappointed when the day comes that I do see another one.

One of the things stopping me from buying a Corvette in the past is that I didn't want one that looked just like everyone else's. Then I came across the Carlisle Blue and bought it the same day. I've had it for 3 weeks now and it turns heads every time I take it out, including other Corvette owners! Pictures does not do this color justice.

In fact, I'll take a ZR1 in any color at all. Paint it camouflage and I'll still take it.

I agree. In the last year and a half I have owned my Carlisle Blue coupe, everyone who sees it asks the exact same thing. "What's that color??!!" Nothing but accolades....
