Interesting to note the Vette is at least $29 per day cheaper to rent than the others. The Challenger is about $50 more per day than the Vette.

Burning Brakes
No such thing as a Cobalt anymore..they are the Cruze...
Got a trip to San Diego coming up in the not too distant future. Maybe a Hertz upgrade to Corvette is in order at government expense.

LMFAO!!!!!!!! Sorry but it's my opinion that the ZHZ is the worst C6 ever. And you don't have to PM that your butt hurt either about it. If we all liked the samething the world would be a boring place. It's cool you like it cause that's all that matters bubba. I hope no one mistakes it for a taxi or a rental.

I like them too (on the outside).
When I was hunting for a Corvette 2 years ago I rented a couple of Corvette ZHZs and almost bought one. They were coupes, not verts and had an all black interior. (I don't really care for the new yellow/black interior).
Anyway, those ZHZ coupes attracted a LOT of attention and praise from most people who saw them.
In contrast, no one has said a word about the silver 3LT that I ended up with -- not a single compliment. But I'm OK with that since my silver 2008 3LT has NAV, HUD and lifetime Sirius/XM, which the ZHZ didn't. But I do miss the rubbernecking spectators as I drove by in the ZHZ.
The other advantage of the ZHZ is safety. Its highly visible. In contrast, I have had to take evasive action twice in my silver '08 to avoid drivers who didn't see me.

"Yuck. Horrible just horrible. Never understood why someone would buy a ZHZ."
"ZHZ is possibly the ugliest vette ever."
I PM'd you so you'd be sure to see the comments from your post & runs, as I certainly couldn't have a rational discussion with you on anything. Again, let me know when you post a shot of your awesome ride.

Go Canes!
If it was a 2012 it was not a ZHZ (only made in '08 & '09), though not badged, Hertz continued adding vettes in '10 & '11. It is also missing the stripe on the halo and rear deck, plus ZHZ's have a full width body-colored racing spoiler, so it's not an '08 or '09 ZHZ. By looking at the pieces hard to tell if it was a '12 or even a go-cart ...
