C6 Z06 smacks down Ford GT500!

I love a C6 smack down as much as anyone, but at 9.8 s, that Z was probably spray'in.

That doesn't really prove anything

12.22 for a GT500 are average at best, but w/ avg. drvr & street tires probably realsitic, 9.8 for a Z06 or freakin' anything (street car) is VERY FAST!

There is no stock 9 second Z06.In the real world it would have been closer but the Z would have won.

agree completely. that doesn't prove anything except that a modified Z will beat an unmodified 500.

A $105,000 Z06 should beat a $55000 GT500....both stock of course, but it would be very close between them. Both are cool AMERICAN cars. BTW, nowhere even close go the z06 being stock

12.2 was very strong for the Mustang. The Z06 had to be modified. Ranger, being one of the better drivers on the Forum, runs in the low
10's with his stock Z06 I believe. Hats off to both great American Cars!!!
