I almost threw-up there for a second...."Ed Hardy" (clothing) flashed through my mind. I'm Ok...I figured out you said "Jeff Hardy."
I just checked the website and I'm getting the same (lack of) results you are. I thought it might be the active-X filtering on my web browser but I shut that off and the website still didn't return any results. I'm not sure what's going on.

Just reminding everyone Jeff was suffering severe health issues last year and we haven't heard anything new since then. Keep him in your thoughts and give him a break. If he is able to work on the site, he will.

Jeff Hardy is not a "Business". Jeff is a forum member with a particular set of skills and programming ability and was able to write code for a website that polls the GM Buypower website based on selected criteria.
It has been written that Jeff has been ill for some time and was having difficulty getting to updating his website.
While his website has been invaluable to thousands of forum members looking in to buying a new Corvette, what needs to take priority is his health.
While GM took down public access to the GMBuypower.com website for retail, it remains for supplier and employee pricing. You can search inventory (albeit at Supplier pricing list) here:

For instance, when I was looking to buy, I would have never thought of just the right zip code to configure a search to look in (1) a suburb of (2) a major city in (3) a neighboring state for just the Corvette I wanted.
That's what made the "particular set of skills and programming ability" of Jeff's site so valuable.
As we all wish him the very best, maybe it would be for the greater good if Mr. Hardy would accede to allowing another programmer to continue his good work.

Of course it needs to be said the the GMBuypower website is wholly inadequate for cross-country searching. If you don't think of a particular city, you could miss what you're looking for.

What I've been doing it using www.cars.com. You can narrow the search quite a bit, then if you find something of interest google the dealer and look at their web-site to pull up the window sticker. Not nearly as good as the Hardy site, but it's workable.
