If we purchased say a bunch of upgrades such as the fogs, low beams, switchbacks, and back ups at one time. Would we get a better price verses buying each set of upgrades seperately,

I did this upgrade awhile ago and I have 1 Low Beam that flickers all the time, maybe 5 or 10 sec intervals. What causes this and does anyone else have this problem?
