I am happy with mine ... bought from local "brick and morter lift businees" that services local auto shops.

I have a Rotary in-ground lift. Rock solid unit. Cost a lot more than a 4 post lift but a much smaller footprint. I have a vehicle parked over it when it's not in use. The dealer that put it in did outstanding work. Had it almost 10 years, absolutely no issues.
