Default Manual Transmission Problem

I have a 2005 z51 c6 m6 with 93000 mi. It has been a great car, recently while on a road trip it began making a rattling noise in the tran. I was at my shop in Nebraska so I drained the transmission and inspected the fluid. I could see no metal in the oil, Refilled the tran and drained and change rear diff oil also. No metal found in it. The clunk is still there and it has started jumping out of Reverse. Under a load I am unable to even hold it in gear. All forward gears are working fine. Has anyone had this problem and if so what was the solution. Also if I could get the name of a reliable Transmission Shop in the Vegas area .
