OK, you coupe guys can shoot me, but why should any sports car have a top? I have had 6 vette's, 4 coupes and 2 verts. the verts are just so much more fun!!! I don't get it! I don't care if you have 1000 hp, supercharged, turbo charged or whatever... the vert is just the way to go! I understand the folks that live up north, very little time for top down driving. But if you live down south or in a warm area...you are missing out on the real fun of a sports car if you don't have a vert!. i don't even care about driving my car with the top up, if the weather is bad, i leave it in the garage! Ok, shots fired, I'm ready.....

True...But only about 2% of vette owners ever see a track! The other 98% should be topless going down the road!! Hey, I'm only fooling around...I love coupes too. just wanted to fire things up a bit! looks like it's working...

I had a lot of Vettes....Probably half of them verts. But I have to say the coupes all handled a lot better IMHO.

I loved the look of my 06 silver coupe....thought it was the prettiest, sexiest thing ever but I wanted another convertible and along came a silver 05 vert. It was meant to be.

If my Corvette was a daily driver I'd probably want a coupe.

All Corvettes aren't red and all sports cars aren't convertibles.

Driving with the top down makes my interior dusty. I'm already **** enough about the outside getting dirty.

Had my coupe for approx a month and the top has not been off yet, it may never come off

I agree. Having had a coupe and now a convertible I would have to say convertibles are a whole lot more fun. Of course living just North of San Diego doesn't hurt!

Love my Red GS Vert. Top's down every chance I get. Cap on head. The Gulf Coast is great for Verts!
