First I think it was posted to attract attention to an ad, not to buy. Second I wouldn't buy a Vette with that many miles on it. But I'm stupid that way.

As usual, lots of great advice from some really knowledgable guys that I don't need to repeat. Don't worry about your car being a weekend driver, if it fits your budget and are comfortable with the car, go for it. Bought my '06 under similar circumstances (1st vette) last year. My car is a weekend driver as well!
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Was my fav orange (called Daytona Sunset orange) which was d/c'd after 06 I think and Atomic Orange was intro'd.
Those miles should not scare you as long as he did not race it.
As you probably know, '05 was year C6 Vette intro'd. Sometimes first years might have a bug or two. Vettes were NOT notorious for this however, with only issue that I know of:
Column lock was issue on manual Vettes in 2005, and battery drain was issue if not parked in reverse gear ( to shut off computer). There was software update to reflash PCM which corrected this.

I see thread regarding tune, just make sure it's factory tune. As well, tunes are NOT bad per se, as long as the shop who performed is knowledgeable. It will void any warranty however. I do not believe that '05 will have any remaining warranty unless it's GMPP which would be great.
